About Me.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) providing online therapy for adults across Ontario.

My work focuses on helping individuals understand the patterns, experiences, and internal dynamics that shape how they think, feel, and relate to themselves and others. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning and externally capable, yet internally experience anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection from their direction or identity.

Therapy, in my view, is not only about symptom reduction. It is also about developing deeper self-understanding: making sense of recurring patterns, shifting long-standing ways of relating to oneself, and creating meaningful, sustainable change.

I draw from an integrative approach that includes psychodynamic therapy, narrative and existential perspectives, and evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, and DBT. This allows us to work both at the level of insight and at the level of practical change, depending on what is most helpful for you.

I have a particular interest in working with anxiety, perfectionism, identity development, neurodivergence, relationship patterns, and major life transitions. I also support individuals who are seeking a more thoughtful and reflective approach to understanding themselves and their lives.

My goal is to provide a space that is collaborative, grounded, and reflective, where you can begin to understand yourself more clearly and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

If you are considering therapy, I invite you to reach out to explore whether this approach feels like a good fit for you.
