LIFE TRANSITIONS

Sometimes a life can stop making sense before you know which one would.

Not every transition begins with a decision.

Sometimes a relationship changes. A career stops making sense. You move somewhere new. A familiar role disappears. Or something you worked toward finally happens and feels different from what you expected.

And sometimes, nothing dramatic happens at all, you simply become aware that the life you've been living no longer feels like entirely one you would choose.

There are many ways to lose contact with your own measure of yourself.

You know intellectually that you're "good enough" but you rarely feel it.

You adapt easily to different people and environments, then wonder which version is actually you.

You know what is expected of you more readily than what you want.

Criticism can alter how you see yourself long after the interaction has ended.

Transitions aren't just about what you leave behind. They're also about who you become in the in-between.

A LIFE IN CONTEXT

What comes next can be meaningful.

Life transitions often bring up old patterns, familiar fears, and new questions about what matters.

You don't have to rush to have it all figured out.

Therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing and take thoughtful steps toward what comes next.

The goal is not to get back to who you were, but to create a life that feels more like yours now.
